Imagine your mother sitting across from you. She is seeking your legal advice and representation. She needs your help. This is how I look at all of my clients. What would I do if it were my own mother?

I joined Stone & Horne LLP when Daniel Horne brought me in after I was referred to him as an experienced social security attorney. I read a lot of medical records through social security and personal injury cases, and that is something the firm needed when they brought me on.

The types of personal injury cases I handle

There are many types of personal injury cases, and they are usually classified by the circumstance or situation in which you were harmed. I handle the following cases:

  • Industrial Accidents
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Work Injuries
  • Car Accidents
  • Truck Accidents
  • Maritime Accidents
  • Catastrophic Injuries

**I also handle cases involving Social Security Law**

In each of these cases, client satisfaction drives my work. I listen to their wants and pursue their desired outcome throughout the duration of the case. When my clients come to me they are injured, scared, stressed, frustrated, and/or feeling discouraged. I always provide information even if the person does not hire me as their personal injury attorney. At the end of the day, I want to make my clients comfortable and happy with the outcome of their case.

I champion those without a voice.

My strengths as a personal injury attorney.

With each case I work, my strengths and skills grow. I am always looking for opportunities to learn new things and develop good habits. My current skills are,

  • I am bilingual (Spanish speaking).
  • I am relatable. I connect with my clients and build a sincere rapport with them.
  • I will meet with potential clients regardless of whether I think I will make money on their case.
  • I take time for my clients.
  • I thoroughly explain what my clients’ rights are so they can make informed decisions going forward.

As a personal injury and social security attorney in Southern Texas, I serve a large and expanding demographic. No matter your background, I will champion you in court, in mediation, and as your counsel. I am proud to serve the community in Corpus Christi by providing expert legal services for the people.

My top priorities as social security and personal injury lawyer.

I approach each case with the individual needs of my client in mind. But each case has the same list of priorities as the other, such as,

  • My clients’ best interest
  • Understanding the clients’ desired outcome
  • Fighting for what my client wants and everything they can get under the law
  • Giving my clients comfort and satisfaction through the course of their case

The best interest of my clients is always at the top of my priorities. I will work on their case until I know the highest compensation for their loss has been pursued. If you have been in an accident that has left you with an injury, or you need a skilled social security lawyer, contact me today and we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your case.
